Kevin Young, 54, was killed whilst taking part in a regatta organised by a fellowship of flying Rotarians when the Tampico single engine plane plunged into a ravine on Sunday June 1, 2008.
Mr Young, a March dentist, leaves his wife Belinda, 44, and two children, Elisha, 11, and nine-year-old Dominic.
Also travelling in the light aircraft were John Ritchie, 81, a former solicitor from Hertfordshire, and Vittorio Rossetti the Italian pilot and his wife Marinella.
All the occupants are believed to have been Rotarians, taking part in a conference in Venice over the weekend, which involved a flight to visit an aeronautical museum in Trento.
