Disabled group enjoys day at World Indoor Bowls Championship

A GENEROUS £804 donation helped members of the Fens Disabled Bowls Association enjoy a day at the World Indoor Bowls Championship.
Whittlesey Lions paid for a coach and admission charge to the tournament in Hopton-on-Sea after hearing that the group was looking for funds whilst collecting in Eastrea.
Carers also accompanied them on the day of the games on January 15 and a Lions spokesman said: “A great time was had by all.”
