LETTER: Profits before people..

I wasn’t at all surprised to see that Conservative councillors disliked the idea of rogue landlords being forced to make their properties decent.

Last year a bill was thrown out of parliament by Conservatives (most of whom are landlords) which aimed at making rented homes fit for human habitation.

What counts to a Tory is profit. The more the better. In fact, profits before people.
