March town was full of fun on Sunday (April 21) for 2024's St George's Festival.

Visitors enjoyed street performers, live entertainment, stalls, amusements, crafts and street food in West End Park, City Road Car Park and in and around March library.

A parade filled with elaborate carnival costumes set off from West End Park band stand at 11.30am.

Bands, school and community choirs and theatre performers entertained throughout the day from the main stage, in front of the library, and West End Park band stand.

The St George's Festival was once again organised by a partnership including March Events Committee, MarketPlace - Creative People & Places, March Library, The Library Presents, 20Twenty Productions, Cambridgeshire Skills and Fenland District Council.

A prize-winning hunt for small dragon pictures around town shops remains open until Tuesday, April 30.

Entry forms are printed in Discovering Magazines, which are delivered through doors and available for collection from March library, subject to availability.

And, just for fun, you can still spot large dragon paintings in shop windows all around the town too.
