A large unattended bonfire was found to be out of control in a Fenland town late last night.
One crew from Chatteris was called to the fire in the open on Campole Drove in Chatteris at 10pm on Wednesday April 24.
Firefighters arrived to find a large unattended bonfire out of control.
The crew used a hose reel to extinguish the fire and returned to their station by 10.55pm.
The cause of the fire was accidental.
