A FENLAND horse show was given a prestigious slot at a national equestrian extravaganza.

JJ Equestrian, which was set up by Chatteris resident Sarah Crosbie to provide friendly and informative showing events in the area, was invited to organise a ring at Equifest at Peterborough Showground on Sunday (August 19).

The invite came just one week before JJ Equestrian’s own first birthday show.

Ms Crosbie described the invite as a “great but unexpected honour”.
