The condition of a nine-year-old boy who was left fighting for his life after falling from a moving coach last month is improving.
Sebastian Goold, of Wansford, was critically injured during the incident on the A47 at Tilney All Saints on April 13.
He remains in Addenbrooke’s Hospital in Cambridge where he is now described as in a serious but stable condition.
Sebastian was travelling with team mates from Stamford Rugby Club from a mini-rugby tournament at Holt, north Norfolk, on Sunday, April 13 when he fell from an exit door on the coach.
Thirty passengers, 20 children and 10 adults, including Sebastian’s father, were on board the 71-seater coach at the time of the incident although no one else was injured.
The boy’s mother was travelling in a car which was following the coach.
Investigations are still ongoing into the circumstances surrounding the incident.
