A Fenland based business has won a major contract to upgrade kitchens and bathrooms.

Axiom Housing Association, which provides homes and services to more than 5,000 people throughout Cambridgeshire and Lincolnshire, have awarded Wisbech based Foster Property Maintenance Ltd (FPM Ltd) a five year contract.

The works will also include the provision of bathrooms specially tailored for disabled residents.

Steve Foster, managing director at FPM Ltd, said: “We’re already delivering on our bid promises – the project team that we’ve provided to Axiom is the one that we promised in our bid – with more to come including community projects, the recruitment of local tradespeople and staff, and the creation of trade apprenticeships later in the year.”
