Cambridgeshire Police have destroyed a cannabis factory in the south of Wisbech.

The county’s force reported that the move was: “Positive action by Police following local concerns.”

The raid was reported on the official Fen Police Twitter page overseen by Cambridgeshire Police.

A spokesman said: “Cannabis was seized after officers received intelligence about a property in Wisbech.

“Officers discovered more than 100 plants.

“No arrests have been made and anyone with information should call police on 101 or Crimestoppers, anonymously, on 0800 555 111.”
