Businessman Jamie Jordan found a novel way to promote his shop ... he sent a dinosaur to the screening of a movie.

Mr Jordan, who became hooked on fossils aged four, owns Fossils Galore, of High Street, March.

He sent along the shop’s mascot to the Walking with the Dinosaurs screening at Peterborough’s Showcase Cinema.

The shop has fossil display areas, a gift shop, preparation laboratory, art and craft gallery, tea shop and an outdoor area where children can learn about fossil hunting.
