The Sparkle Oven Cleaning Company won the Customer Service Award after judges were impressed with its quality of service and commitment to the Fenland community.
The March-based business is the largest independent oven cleaning company in East Anglia and specialises in cleaning domestic ovens, hobs, extractors, ranges, agas, barbecues and microwaves.
It won the Small Business of the Year at last year’s event.
The judges said: “Customer Service is without doubt, the driving force behind this company and judging from the feedback from customers, they are succeeding in a big way.
“Sparkle Oven Cleaning not only gives great service but is really committed to the local community whether through employing local people, sponsoring local teams and events etc.
“All staff are trained and initially followed to make sure that they are aware of the company culture and philosophy for great service.
“Commitment to staff away from work is also important and ensures that this happy team will continue to give their very best service every time.
