Final list of auction prizes revealed for Mark Cross Charity Darts day

The final list of auction prizes has been announced for tomorrow’s Mark Cross Charity Darts Day.

Items up for grabs at the GER Sports Club include a snooker cue and case signed by Ronnie O’Sullivan, a framed football boot signed by Robin van Persie, an England shirt signed by David Beckham, a football signed by Rod Stewart and a boxing glove signed by Frank Bruno.

Those in attendance will also get to bid for a PDC Darts Shirt signed by numerous players including World Champion Michael van Gerwen, Adrian Lewis, Phil Taylor, Kevin Painter, Colin Lloyd, Terry Jenkins, Andy Hamilton and Dennis Priestley.

A half hour lesson in a Microlight has been donated by AAA Microlights Cambridgeshire (Chatteris Airfield).

Doors open at 11am, with entries closing for the darts competitions at 1pm. The auction will commence at about 5.30pm.

There is also a grand draw and a tombola operating throughout the day.

All proceeds from the day will go to the oncology department at Peterborough City Hospital, where organiser, police officer and father-of-two Mark Cross received treatment for breast cancer in 2009.
