The silver-medal winning star met the pupils as part of the Living for Sport initiative, a free secondary schools programme to improve the lives of thousands of young people across the UK.

Louis, who took time out from his schedule with the BBC’s Strictly Come Dancing, shared his stories of success with the pupils and demonstrated a few of his skills with the equipment.

Pupils from the college were specially selected by their teacher to take part in the Living for Sport programme, which will see them learning new skills both on and off the playing field to improve their lives.
