Ladies who lunch arrived in style when they came to an annual Easter bonnet meal at the Oliver Cromwell Hotel in March.

The Wimblington ladies keep fit club enjoyed the 15th annual Easter lunch attended by about 27 of its members who wore brightly decorated hats to celebrate.

Organiser Margaret Moulton, who runs the chair-based exercise class, said: “It’s a good opportunity to get together and socialise. We have three a year, this one and a lunch at Christmas and in the summer.”

The oldest exercise class member to date was 86 years old but the Monday afternoon parish hall classes are so popular that they are currently full and unable to take on new members.
