AIR ambulance paramedics rescued a man who collapsed in Wisbech.
The male, in his 50s, struggled to regain full consciousness and was disorientated after a team from Magpas arrived at the scene of the incident in Somers Road, Wisbech.
“The Magpas team anaesthetised the patient at the scene and then accompanied him to Queen Elizabeth Hospital Kings Lynn, in a land ambulance, for further investigation,” a Magpas spokesman said.
“On arrival at the hospital, the man was in a serious but stable condition.”
