A range of new gym equipment has also been introduced into the Hudson Leisure Centre in Wisbech, the Manor Leisure Centre in Whittlesey and the George Campbell Leisure Centre in March.

The Hudson and Manor centres have also been given extensive internal makeovers to the reception areas and gyms.

Councillor Pop Jolley, the council’s cabinet member for leisure, said: “We hope the New Vision Fitness brand will attract new and previous users into the centres and encourage them to make the most of the great facilities there.

“The new look will give them a really bright and welcoming feel and we have an excellent team staffing them.”

The new gym equipment will be officially launched on January 25, with open days at each of the centres.

  • I wonder has much this little lot cost to implement? The design costs, the changes to the logos at the Leisure centres! Money that could be better spent elsewhere?
