AN 82-year-old East Cambridgeshire man was left shocked after his son received a letter telling him his father had died – and demanding payment for care services.

He was driving when the letter, informing him of his father’s death, was read out to him and immediately pulled over in shock, calling his dad to make sure everything was OK.
