A Slimming World leader has received a Century Silver award for her success in helping people reach their ideal weight.

Helen Moore, who runs the March Slimming World group, has more than 100 people attend weekly sessions.

She said: “I feel passionately about helping people to transform their lives by losing weight in the same way I did when I lost 3st in 2008.

“Losing weight made me feel happier and healthier and gave me much more confidence.

“Since becoming and consultant I have seen the members in my March group reach their target weight which is reward in itself - so receiving this award is icing on the cake.”
