A new bridge club is about to start in the Fens and anybody interested in learning or picking up old skills is invited.

Starting on Monday October 8 it is a chance to start from scratch or join others who already know how to ply.

The club will teach basic Acol Bridge, from the beginning.

There will also be an intermediate bridge section. People can either begin a new friendship or bring a partner.

The club is on every Monday except bank Holidays at St Peters Church, Wimblington, from 1.30 to 4.30pm.

Tea, coffee and biscuits provided for £1.50 with 50p towards club funds.

There is no fee to pay to learn.

All newcomers will be taught the basics to get them started and for anybody with a Cruse booked, the club organiser said this is a great way to get up to speed, ready for the holiday.

For details contact organiser Stan 01354-279928 or 07388-296690.
