A woman suffered minor injuries after crashing her Land Rover in to a telegraph pole on King Street, Wimblington.

“The incident happened at 5.36pm last night and the road was cleared by 7.30pm,” said a police spokesman.

“There was damage to the fencing telegraph pole itself.”

It comes after a collision between a car and a motorcycle on the A141 at Westry, March, on Tuesday (October 10) when the rider had to be taken to Peterborough City Hospital.
