A 96 YEAR old woman from March died partly as a result of “hospital acquired pneumonia” according to coroner William Morris.

Other factors contributing to her death on April 25 was a fractured mid shaft right femur and chronic kidney disease, he said.

The inquest into the death of Florence Jackson, of Coronation Close, was adjourned pending further inquiries.

Mr Morris is the coroner for north and east Cambridgeshire and opened the inquest on April, his office revealed today.
