Fenland runners brave high speed winds at Ely Runners 10km race

Fenland Running Club competitors braved winds of up to 45 mph to compete in the festive Ely Runners 10k on New Year’s Eve.

All 12 FRC members ran superbly to break the hour barrier, with Martin Jennings first home in 38 minutes 43 seconds to finish fifth in the MV40 category and 32nd overall.
