Whittlesey (Coates) Athletic surged to the top of the Peterborough and District League with an emphatic 4-0 win over Deeping Rangers Reserves.

Joe Butterworth, Jamie Darlow, Simon Flanz and James Hill-Seekings got the goals.

Leverington Sports beat Sawtry 2-0 in the ChromaSport & Trophies President Premier Shield.

In the Cambs Premier League, James McManus was on target but Wisbech St Mary were held 1-1 by Fulbourn Institute.
