Atelier East’s Young Curators Forum is working on an exhibition about Fenland in the last 100 years and would love to hear from anyone who has personal or historical stories, memories or photos to share.

Brandon Mattless, one of the young people involved, said: “The stories can be really recent, or about your ancestors, or about old buildings and the changes that have happened where you live.”

The March Society has invited the young curators to join them at March Library tomorrow (Saturday September 8) from 10am-4pm as part of the Fenland Heritage Weekend. The young people will be gathering information from visitors on the day.

Karen Harvey, of arts organisation Atelier East, said: “The Young Curators are going to create a new archive of photographs and stories and really hope that lots of people will take the time to get involved and become part of history.”
