A FILM documenting the Chatteris Silver Jubilee celebrations will be shown in the Chatteris Cinema on December 7.

Colin Seward, who made the film about the June 1977 festivities, has donated it to Chatteris Community Archive.

Many will recognise themselves or relations at the tea party, parade, sports day and Knockout competition and time will be available after the 50 minute film to discuss memories.

The viewing takes place at the King Edward Centre at 7.00pm with advanced tickets priced at £3 on sale at Chatteris Museum, the Library & the Old Bakery Tea Room.

Unsold tickets will be available at the door.
