Head to Castle Street Methodist Church for the chance to help out and have fun at the Community Service Volunteers (CSV) Make a Difference Day. CSV are looking for volunteers for the day, which has been organised to help people in the local community, with activities ranging from baking cakes and knitting blankets for the homeless, to writing letters to children in hospital and visiting the elderly.

A stray saluki caught after four weeks wandering the streets of Wisbech is making such good progress in his new foster home that today he has been out in the sunshine enjoying a game with fellow rescue dog Monica.
