COUNCIL enforcement officer turned cameraman Steve Robshaw (he did after all spend all day Tuesday filming the demolition of an illegally erected mobile home at Elm) was on the horns of a dilemma.

The man whose property was being demolished, suddenly collapsed in full gaze of his lens and a decision on calling for an ambulance was his.

"It's on a residential site- we are doing some work there," a colleague overheard him telling the ambulance control room

Pushed as to the likely reason for the man's collapse, he replied: "The distress has got to him."

By all accounts, then, a considered response.
