IT seems traders and business leaders in Wisbech find the whole idea of networking something of an anathema. Brakespeare hears only four turned up to last month's networking event run by the Fenland Chamber of Commerce.

Undaunted, the chamber hopes the next event, on May 30, will be more popular- they are considering the twin topics of enforcing the no smoking ban, and enforcing parking regulations in the town, as the topics for invited speakers.
