STAFF at a Fenland store have raised more than £2,000 for Help for Heroes with a 20-mile sponsored walk.

Dozens of determined fundraisers tackled the trek after 18-year-old Matt Ayres, a shift manager at James Graven, in Littleport, came up with the idea.

Staff from the Chatteris branch were joined by their families in the event, which raised £2,250 for the charity which offers support for injured ex-servicemen.
