STUDENTS from Neale Wade Community College, March, are being given the chance to meet their local police officers.
PCSOs from March neighbourhood police team will run a series of drop-in services for students every other Thursday. The first service was due to take place yesterday to discuss issues such as bullying.
PCSO Anita Radley said: "Young people are a hard group for the police to reach as they do not tend to come along to public meetings or regularly communicate with officers, which is why we felt the drop-in service is so important. It is essential that we know the issues and concerns facing young people in March."
A free mobile phone security marking service will also be on offer to the students.
