I WOULD just like to say how petty to be followed by the police and then to be blocked into a parking space by them to be told that my number plate has a space between the letters.
I was told that police cameras will not be able to read my number plate but I know for a fact that my plate can be read by the cameras. I have had this plate for six years and have had police cars behind me on many occasions during this time but none has ever thought it necessary to stop me for it.
I just have one space in my number plate, it can easily be read. I have seen much worse in town. I think this just comes down to a certain police constable who does not like people having personalised plates and who was desperate to stop someone that day.
It's a shame they don't have more important things to do.
