TWO teenage boys were both given six-month referral orders by Fenland Youth Court last Thursday for their involvements in a fight at the Chatteris Christmas lights switch-on in December
The boys, aged 16 and 14, had admitted assaulting Paul Millard and causing an affray at a hearing in Fenland Magistrates' Court on January 17.
They attacked Mr Millard after he tried to stop a brawl in Chatteris town centre on December 2.
Mr Millard needed four stitches to a head wound.
Two more people, 41-year-old Earnest Payne and his wife Carina, 35, are due to be sentenced at Fenland Magistrates' Court next Wednesday.
The couple also admitted affray and assault charges relating to the same incident at the hearing on January 17.
