NEXT Monday the Rotary Club of March will celebrate the 50th anniversary of the granting of its charter. Guest speaker at the event, to be held at the Conservative Club, will be former national president Rodney Huggins. Other guests will include district governor Nigel Neville from Cambridge and rotarians from other clubs including the twin club of Halle in Germany.
