THE benefits of a good diet, healthy lifestyle and keeping fit, will be the key messages during a healthy living day in the Fens.
Cambridgeshire's Learning Disability Partnership (LDP), which includes Cambridgeshire County Council, has organised the event in March to illustrate how people with learning disabilities can improve their lifestyle.
The events will also be used to launch a Health Action Planning Tool developed by the LDP and designed to help people with disabilities to look at ways to promote their own wellbeing and health but taking exercise, eating more fruit and vegetables and avoiding junk food.
The event will be at March Community Education Centre on November 23 (10am-3pm).
