Carers in Fenland backed a national campaign calling for regular health checks for people who look after relatives or friends.
The campaign came as part of National Carers Week, which saw conventions held across Fenland throughout last week, offering free information and advice.
Various information groups had stalls, including Citizens' Advice Bureau, Crossroads, Mencap, The Alzheimer's Society and the emergency services.
The conventions were in March's Trinity Church the Tuesday and included a visit from March mayor, Councillor Jan French.
It is estimated one in eight people in Fenland provide unpaid help and support to a relative or friend who is frail, sick or disabled.
