The festival ended with a 'Songs of Praise' service, led by the Rev Jenny Webb. This was followed by refreshments and the announcement of the competition results.
Artist John Abbott donated a framed picture of St Mary's Church, which was won by Peggy Fryett. The hamper winner was Mrs Tillett of Norwich. Other competition winners included: Sweets in jar, Kath Unwin'; 007 model car, Margaret Dunham; champagne, Don Scott. The four main draw winners were Margaret Foreman (£50), Derek Rutter (£25), L Sweetman (£15) and Marjorie Frost (£10).
