POLICE are appealing for the public's help after a man indecently exposed himself to two young girls in Wisbech.The incident occurred at about 6.10pm on Monday, January 16, as the girls walked along Churchill Road towards Norwich Road.A man standing by a "Swift" van whistled at the girls and then pulled down his trousers and indecently exposed himself to them.He is described as white, aged between 21 and 40 and of large build. He was wearing a dark woolly hat, dark jumper and fluorescent waistcoat. Acting police sergeant Mark Franklin said: "I would appeal to anyone who may have seen this man in the moments prior to, or after this incident, to contact police."Although the girls were not harmed, this was a distressing incident and we need the public's help in tracing this man.
