DONOVAN Coleman threatened the site manager of the BP garage in the centre of Chatteris after his partner failed to receive her last pay packet from the company.Coleman shouted and swore at Tony Edwards and told him: "I want this sorted out or I will sort you out, I will crack your skull open and put you down that hole."Coleman, 26, of Huntingdon Road, Chatteris, admitted using threatening behaviour on November 30 last year.Fenland magistrates on Tuesday gave him a conditional discharge and told him to pay £50 compensation to Mr Edwards.Anita Crockford had resigned from her job as a sales assistant at the West Park Street garage, said prosecutor Nicola Ebbs, and was due her final pay packet on November 30.Coleman arrived at the garage shouting and swearing, demanding payment. Coleman rushed at Mr Edwards with his fists clenched, said Miss Ebbs and he put his face near to Mr Edwards' face, and shouted.Mitigating, Anita Waterman said Anita Crockford had gone to the garage to inquire about her missing pay. "Darren Coleman felt she was not treated with proper respect," she added.
