HOW can councillors justify shutting the public loos, or should I say metal cages? The toilets at City Road car park, March, have iron gates and padlocks.
But the lights were blazing away inside. Is someone locked in there for the councillors to leave the lights on? They can find enough money to leave them on all the time - but not enough to keep them open.
So councillors, when visiting other towns take note. It's 20p a time or music while you perch, and service with a smile. No padlocked gates.
