Students at Cromwell Community College were celebrated at the school’s Key Stage 3 presentation evening.
Hilary Roberts, assistant principal, welcomed Carrie Harding - this year’s special guest and former student who held 100 per cent attendance throughout her school life.
The presentations were introduced by Faye Baxter, vice principal, and Carrie presented subject prizes to Year 7, 8 and 9.
There were musical performances from the chamber choir as well as a piano solo by Eran B Preludio.
Attendance awards were presented by Carrie Harding, followed by the Governors Awards, which were presented by the chair of governors Robson to Jessica S in Year 7, Hallie White in Year 8 and Billy Munns in Year 9.
Principal Jane Horn closed the evening, congratulating the children and wishing everyone an enjoyable and safe summer. The chamber choir ended the evening by singing ‘You Raise Me Up’.
