Chatteris Music Society will hold a concert next weekend with internationally-acclaimed trumpet soloist Crispian Steele-Perkins.

Crispian recently played at Westminster Abbey for the 90th birthday celebrations of the Queen, for Prince Charles and Camilla’s wedding and has soundtracked many famous Hollywood films and British TV series.

He will be accompanied on the grand piano by Leslie Pearson.

The programme will include popular classics from Handel and Mozart and medleys of music by Burt Bacharach, Glen Miller and Leonard Bernstein’s West Side Story.

The performance takes place at Chatteris Parish Church on Saturday July 9 from 7.30pm.
