Members of a youth club have been taught a new sport ... short mat bowls.
Joe Peters and Tony Hart, of the Cambridgeshire Short Mat Bowls Association, put on eight weeks of sessions at Young People March.
At the end of the final session, a round robin singles competition was held.
Aimee Bannon won the competition with six points. Second was Joshua Bannon, with Rylee Cole in third. Matthew Fletcher had some very close games but was not on his normal form.
Further sessions will be run later in the year.
Any organisation which already has short mat equipment and would like help with training should contact Tony Hart at tonyhartatcsmba@btinternet.com
