MP Steve Barclay went back to school when he visited All Saints Interchurch Primary School in March.
He was welcomed by head teacher Rachel Beeson and governors before being given a tour of the school by guides Rebecca Matthews, Doogie Patterson and Jake Hunter.
After refreshments in the library he enjoyed an enthusiastic performance by the school choir.
His visit ended with a question and answer session with the school council.
