The festivities are set to continue in March as the ever-popular Christmas Market makes a return.

On Sunday, 4 December, more than 5,000 people are expected to descend upon the market between 10am and 3pm.

The free event provides the town with a range of festive music, entertainment, shopping, food and drink and more with over 150 piling into the town centre this year.

Artisan cheese, handcrafted gins, toys, homewares, decorations and jewellery are just some of what local traders will have on offer.

Those with little ones and families are sorted this year too with free children’s rides in the Market Place thanks to local sponsors.

Father Christmas’ grotto will be there too, thanks to Fenland Farmers, and a family friendly activity programme at the Town Hall hosted by 20Twenty Productions.

Christmas craft stalls will also be at St Peter's Church Hall in the High Street and March Library.

Many town centre businesses are supporting the event too, so be sure to pay them a visit.
