George Clare Surgery is seeking to improve their service for their patients with their Patient Participation Group.
The surgery is asking residents of the town registered with them to join the group so that they can give feedback to the staff from the point of view of a patient.
The GCS also hopes to achieve a stronger relationship with their patients by using the group to help patients understand the current state of the NHS and understand the practice’s methods.
If you join the group, attendance to the meetings is mandatory, agendas are given at each meeting and staff may also be in attendance.
Anyone registered with the surgery is entitled to join and get involved with the group.
If you wish to join the Patient Participation Group and become more involved in your local healthcare, visit the surgery and pick-up a form, complete and return it.
The next meeting is scheduled for December 15 at 5pm via Microsoft Teams.
