A woman was arrested on suspicion of arson after a fire inside a house in a quiet Fenland village.
Police, fire and ambulance crews were called to Ancaster Way, Doddington, at 2.55pm on Saturday.
A 45-year-old woman from Doddington was then arrested by officers.
She has since been bailed until October 12 pending further enquiries.
Officers said there were no injuries as a result of the blaze.
