A doctors surgery in a Fenland town will be closed for an extra hour today.
George Clare Surgery in Chatteris has issued an advance notice of the closure via their social media page.
Their post reads: “Please be aware we will be closing our doors from 11.30am and will reopen at 1.30pm following an essential staff meeting.”
It comes after a medical emergency at the surgery yesterday led to patients being asked to not attend.
The majority of yesterday’s appointments were also cancelled.
We have approached the surgery for comment.
