A St Neots policeman was crowned Cambridgeshire Constabulary's employee of the month for September for his dedication to the force - here's why.

PC Neal Bartley collaborated with colleagues from various departments, including counter-terror, public protection, and the central intelligence bureau.

Together, they successfully tracked down two suspects linked to two racial public order incidents in in St Neots that occurred in August.

Chief Constable Nick Dean praised PC Bartley's efforts, adding that he "works unceasingly to protect the public and improve public confidence".
