Train services running through parts of Cambridgeshire are likely to be delayed and/or cancelled this morning.

National Rail said that all lines are blocked due to animals on the rail line between Peterborough and Ely.

Replacement road transport services are conveying passengers between Leicester and Ely in both directions until further notice.

Passengers can use your tickets on the following:

  • Avanti West Coast between London Euston and Birmingham New Street in both directions.
  • London Underground via any reasonable route.
  • Greater Anglia via any reasonable route until further notice.
  • East Midlands Railway between Leicester and London St Pancras International in both directions.
