The cause of a vehicle fire on the Sixteen Foot Bank in Chatteris on Sunday evening (November 19) has been confirmed.
A crew from Chatteris was called to the fire at 9:36pm.
A spokesperson for Cambridgeshire Fire and Rescue Service said: “Wearing breathing apparatus firefighters used hose reels to extinguish the car fire before returning to their station by 11pm.
“The cause of the fire was accidental.”
